Revvity, Inc. in Saint Louis, MO seeks a Customer Support Engineer to install, validate, and maintain diagnostic instruments at customer sites. You will perform IQ/OQ, preventive maintenance, and repairs while traveling regionally to support contract and non‑contract customers.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years with instrumentation or a STEM degree with relevant experience and a valid driver’s license for extensive travel. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• Associate’s degree or technical/military background with 4+ years in instrument installation, repairs, and maintenance.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, Electronics, Mechanics, Biotechnology or STEM with 2+ years in installation/maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel long distances, including overnight travel.

Responsabilidades

• Install, validate IQ/OQ, and maintain Revvity instruments at customer sites.
• Repair and service equipment, ensuring best‑in‑class responsiveness within geographic area.
• Provide preventative maintenance for contract customers and billable services for non-contract work.
• Maintain records, manage inventory, and ensure proper documentation of service activities.
• Support sales by driving service contracts, upgrades, and add‑on instrument services.
• Pursue ongoing certification and skill development to uphold Revvity value.
