Job summary

Revvity, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to support the West Region, primarily in Fresno, CA. Travel may be required to assist other team members and customers within the West U.S. region.

You will install, maintain, repair, and service scientific instrumentation, ensure timely responses, and manage service orders while keeping company assets and inventory in check. A strong background in engineering or STEM and 5+ years of field experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in engineering or STEM with 5+ years of installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, or end-user instrumentation experience.
• AS/AA in engineering or STEM or military training with 7+ years of related work in instrumentation maintenance and support.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites.
• Serve as primary service liaison and build strong customer relationships.
• Meet response time targets for contract customers.
• Manage and complete all service orders and preventive maintenance on time.
