Job summary

Revvity in Saint Louis seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, validate, maintain and repair critical diagnostic instruments across the Midwest. You will travel regionally to customer sites, ensure instrument performance and service quality, and support warranty and contract work.

The role requires an Associate/Technical degree or military background with 4+ years in instrument service or a Bachelor's in Life Sciences/Engineering with 2+ years.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or Technical Degree or Military Experience with 4+ years in instrument installation, repairs, maintenance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Electronics, Mechanics, Biotechnology, or STEM with 2+ years in instrument installation, repairs, maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Installation, validation, IQ/OQ, maintenance and repair of Revvity diagnostic instruments at customer sites.
• Provide on-time preventative maintenance for contract customers and remedial maintenance for non-contract customers.
• Assist sales and contribute to division profitability through billable labor, travel, and parts orders.
