Job summary

Revvity, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in Columbia, SC, with up to 25% travel across the United States to install, maintain, and repair diagnostic instruments in newborn screening labs.

You will support local sales teams and drive service contract growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role requires an Associate degree or military experience with instrument maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and strong lab safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or military experience with 2+ years’ experience in instrument maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and knowledge of laboratory safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of Revvity instruments at customer sites.
• Drive business development by promoting service contracts, upgrades, and laboratory products.
• Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and ensure proper handling of tools and vehicles.
