Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2+ years troubleshooting, repair, and qualification services in a lab setting
• Associate degree with 4+ years troubleshooting, repair, and qualification services in a lab setting
• Travel by air or vehicle as business requires; valid driver’s license and safe driving
• Work in a regulated lab environment with PPE requirements

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, validate and repair PerkinElmer and multivendor instrumentation at customer sites
• Provide scheduled and unscheduled corrective maintenance including warranty services
• Deliver customer familiarization for instrument operation and maintenance
• Communicate service offerings including training, software, and laboratory services
• Support sales to secure new instrument orders and service agreements
• Prepare and upload service data to ELN, Veeva, and EAMS
• Maintain assigned assets and inventory including company vehicle and test equipment
• Complete administrative tasks including timesheets and training
