PerkinElmer is seeking a Senior Service Engineer to join our team in Boston. You will deliver high-quality customer service, install and repair analytical instruments (LC, MS, HPLC systems), and support lab workflows. Travel may be required to service customer sites.

Strong client communication and safety compliance are essential. The role emphasizes self-management, prompt troubleshooting, and collaboration with customers to optimize instrument performance and reliability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in a relevant science or engineering field with 5 years repair experience.
• Or an Associate degree with 7 years repair experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain self-management and complete objectives.
• Install, calibrate, repair LC/GC/HPLC/MS instruments at customer sites.
• Support other laboratory equipment within the service scope.
• Provide troubleshooting, repair and warranty services within defined timeframes.
• Train customers on instrument operation and maintenance.
• Communicate service offerings and upgrades to customers.
• Ensure data uploads/downloads maintain service system integrity.
• Maintain tools, test equipment, and inventory.
