Job summary

PerkinElmer is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair PerkinElmer and multivendor instruments at customer sites. You will document service activities in ELN, Veeva, and EAMS and collaborate with Sales to support new orders and service contracts.

Strong troubleshooting, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a regulated lab are required. Travel will be involved to support territory needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of troubleshooting/repair experience.
• Associate degree in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of troubleshooting/repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, validate and repair instrumentation at customer sites.
• Provide scheduled and unscheduled corrective maintenance including warranty services.
• Load and document service data in ELN/Veeva/EAMS.
• Support account profitability through efficient service delivery and cross-team collaboration.
