Job summary

PerkinElmer is seeking a Service Team Member to install, service, and repair instrumentation at customer sites across the region. You will ensure smooth operation, train customers, and deliver high-quality support to maintain lab productivity.

The role requires travel, strong troubleshooting skills, and effective communication. A valid driver’s license is required, with a base compensation in the advertised range and potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related science/engineering field.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, repair, and provide qualification services.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, validate and repair instrumentation at customer sites.
• Provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and warranty services within defined time frames.
• Support sales efforts by assisting with service contracts and upgrades.
• Maintain assets and ensure accurate service data documentation.
• Communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
