Job summary

Markem-Imaje is seeking a self-motivated Field Service Representative with experience in industrial automation to deliver, install, repair and maintain equipment. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues, train customers, and collaborate with sales for demos and follow-up activities.

Required BA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred) and 3–5 years field service experience. Work will be in a divisional service territory with a focus on customer satisfaction and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• BA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years of mission-critical field service-related experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service repair and maintenance to support Markem-Imaje customers.
• Resolve field operational issues and perform troubleshooting.
• Identify customer needs and provide recommendations.
• Support growth through technical involvement and teamwork.
• Install new equipment, train customers, handle emergency repairs and maintenance as directed.
• Determine and recommend products or services that fit customer needs.
• Develop and maintain competency on Markem-Imaje products through training and field exposure.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction in line with quality guidelines.
