Job summary

Acuative is seeking a Field Service Technician in Medford, OR to install and maintain voice and data networks, servers, and retail tech. The role includes a company vehicle, training, and paid hours even if not dispatched.

The position requires traveling to customer sites, driving a clean license, and willingness to work overtime. Training is provided at our tech center, with a focus on ladder work, cabling, and hardware installation.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent IT experience.
• CompTIA, Cisco, Cabling or PBX certs are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain networking hardware including routers, switches and WAPs.
• Support telephony equipment and circuits.
• Install and support retail technology systems such as POS and digital signage.
• Perform circuit extensions and structured cabling.
• Conduct site surveys and audits.
• Install LEO satellite receivers and fixed wireless antennas.
• Submit all job documents accurately and on time.
• Maintain company vehicle and tools per standards.
