Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering or related field required.
• Proficiency in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics, diagrams, and operation manuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site repair, maintenance, and installation/relocation start-up services of Lam’s electro-mechanical and electronic systems at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, isolate issues to component level, and take corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Stay up to date on semiconductor capital equipment through learning, training, and certification.
• Assist in complex field modifications and updates; maintain records and coordinate activities between Lam and the customer.
• Serve as a subject matter expert; deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and create customer response action plans to support customer needs.
• Discuss opportunities and challenges with customers to increase trust.
• Provide technical instruction and mentor other junior engineers.
