Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Engineering plus 5+ years field service experience.
• Experience with installation, maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment.
• Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and operation manuals; travel-ready.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site repair, maintenance, and installation/start-up of Lam equipment.
• Diagnose issues, troubleshoot, isolate components, and minimize downtime.
• Keep current on semiconductor capital equipment and Lam products through training.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate activities with customers.
• Communicate opportunities and challenges clearly to customers to build trust.
