Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Field Service Engineer 2 to install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all products within a defined territory. The role emphasizes meeting service agreements and exceeding customer expectations with strong customer service and technical skills.

This position requires onsite work, weekend extended shifts, and up to 75% travel. The candidate should be able to lift heavy objects, document activities, and participate in ongoing training and improvement

Formación

Ability to travel up to 75% as required by the role.
Experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems.
Strong communication and administrative skills.
Ability to lift 75 lbs and move heavy objects.
Associate’s degree or equivalent training preferred.

Responsabilidades

Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain products in the designated area.
Ensure service agreements and warranty obligations are met and surpassed.
Document service activities, maintain records, and provide reports to stakeholders.
Perform system and hardware delivery and installation, including OR protocols.
Provide training sessions at facilities and hospitals; support sales and Genesis teams.
