Zusammenfassung

ZEISS Group is seeking a Field Support Engineer II in Boston, MA to install, repair, and upgrade Carl Zeiss Meditec instrumentation with limited supervision. You will manage service visits, maintain inventory and ensure high customer satisfaction at customer sites.

You will communicate professionally with internal teams, Sales and Technical Support, and you will participate in training to service optics and fine mechanics equipment.

Qualifikationen

• Three years of related experience in Electronics, Fine Mechanics, Optics or Medical Field Service.
• BS in Electronics, Engineering, or Computer Technology preferred.
• A+ and Net+ certifications preferred.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose and repair designated products within the service territory, including preventative maintenance, installations and upgrades per training and guidelines.
• Schedule and verify customer visits, assess needs and potential impact on practice and patients’ well-being.
• Submit field service reports daily and expense reports weekly.
