Intuitive is seeking a Field Service Engineer 2 in California to install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our products within your area. You will ensure service agreements and warranties are met and exceed customer expectations, leveraging electro-mechanical expertise and strong customer service skills.

• Understand and comply with all department and company policies.
• Provide management with quarterly reviews of your assigned area.
• Document service activities accurately and report to stakeholders.
• Complete all administrative tasks in the required time frame.
• Provide technical support to end-users and other Intuitive employees.
• Conduct training sessions at Intuitive facilities, training centers, and hospitals.
• Perform preventive maintenance, software updates, recalls, and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Intuitive products and equipment.
• Coordinate and perform system delivery and installation.
• Follow OR protocol and HIPAA standards.
• Maintain admin duties: spare parts, field reports, expense reports, etc.
• Maintain company assets: tools, vehicles, laptops, iPads, etc.
• Support Sales and Genesis teams with various activities.
• Provide feedback to HQ and participate in improvement projects.
• Complete required training including Intuitive University courses.
