Responsibilities

• Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive products within the assigned area.
• Ensure service agreements and warranty obligations are met while exceeding customer expectations.
• Provide technical support, conduct training, and perform scheduled maintenance activities like inspections and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair products, coordinate system installations, and maintain accurate records.
