Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Field Service Engineer 2 to install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all Intuitive products in your assigned territory, ensuring service agreements and warranties are fulfilled and customer expectations are exceeded.

You will travel up to 60% of the time, perform preventive maintenance, software updates, hardware delivery and installation, and maintain inventory and equipment. Strong electro-mechanical aptitude and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in electro-mechanical systems and field service.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to travel ~60% within policy.

Responsibilities

• Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive products in the assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, software updates, recalls, field actions, and upgrades.
• Coordinate hardware delivery and installation within timeframes.
• Maintain HIPAA and OR protocol compliance.
• Complete administrative duties: spare parts inventory, reports, ROAs, expense reports.
• Maintain company assets and tools, travel-ready vehicle, laptops, iPads, etc.
• Provide feedback to HQ and participate in continuous improvement projects.
