The role requires electro-mechanical expertise, specialized training, and excellent customer service and communication skills, with travel about 60% and residency within 30 miles of the territory.

Responsibilities

• Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive products in assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance activities including inspections, updates, recalls, field actions, and upgrades.
• Coordinate delivery and installation of systems and hardware.
• Maintain inventory, field activity reports, and expense reports within required timeframes.
• Travel ~60% within policy and reside within 30 miles of territory.
