Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Field Service Engineer 2 to install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our products within the designated service area. You will ensure service agreements and warranties are met and exceeded, delivering exceptional customer support and technical expertise.

This role involves on-site work, collaboration with customers, and conducting training sessions at Intuitive facilities and hospitals.

Qualifications

• Experience with electro-mechanical systems gained through specialized training.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to document service activities, reports, and records accurately.

Responsibilities

• Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive products.
• Ensure service agreements and warranty obligations are met and exceeded.
• Provide technical support to end-users and hospitals.
• Conduct training sessions at facilities and training centers.
• Perform preventive maintenance, software updates, recalls, and upgrades.
• Coordinate installation and delivery of systems and hardware.
