Intuitive Field Service Engineers work across a designated territory to install, support, troubleshoot, and maintain Intuitive products. The role emphasizes resolving issues promptly, documenting actions, and delivering excellent customer service in hospital and facility settings.

Responsibilities include training end-users, performing preventive maintenance, and coordinating system installations while adhering to HIPAA and OR protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience with electro-mechanical systems and specialized training.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to document service activities and report to stakeholders.
• Willingness to train customers at facilities and hospitals.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OR protocols.

Responsabilités

• Understand and comply with all department and company policies.
• Provide quarterly review and assessment of your assigned area.
• Document service activities, maintain records, and provide reports to stakeholders.
• Complete all administrative tasks in the required time frame.
• Provide technical support to end-users and other Intuitive employees.
• Conduct training sessions at Intuitive facilities, training centers, and hospitals.
• Perform maintenance activities such as inspections, preventive maintenance, software updates, recalls, field actions, and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Intuitive products within designated timeframes.
• Coordinate and perform system and hardware delivery and installation.
• Complete all required training and professional development courses.
