Securitas Healthcare provides remote-based Associate Engineer support for the Midwest region, traveling to customer sites as needed to deploy RTLS systems in acute care settings. You will handle installation, configuration, and on-site troubleshooting of healthcare solutions, ensuring proper operation and training facility staff.

The role requires network and electronics understanding, strong customer service, and the ability to manage time across multiple site visits.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in electronics, software, networking, or related field.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Associate degree in Electronics or Networking or related field.
• Hands-on experience with test equipment (Network Cable Testers, Digital Multimeters, Spectrum Analyzers, RF Watt Meters).
• Willingness for extensive travel for field service.
• Experience with customer solution training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (75 lbs may be required).
• Ability to climb and stand on ladders, sometimes for extended periods.
• Ability to work with tools overhead.

Aufgaben

• Represent the company during onsite hospital visits; work mainly on PC with long hours on your feet.
• Install, configure, and commission new systems following company procedures.
• Perform service work at customer sites including troubleshooting, repair, or replacement of equipment.
• Complete facility site surveys to determine usability for products.
• Provide training to facility personnel on operation and maintenance of installed equipment.
• Maintain inventory and complete service reports and expenses.
• Attend construction meetings to ensure installations align with plans.
• Work flexible hours according to customer requirements.
• This is a customer-facing role with strong service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage time to arrive on site and complete work within allocated time.
