Job summary

Securitas Healthcare is seeking an Associate Engineer to support RTLS deployments in hospitals across the Midwest. This home-based role requires travel to customer sites to install, configure, and service systems, ensuring reliable operation.

You will work with electronics, networking, and software components, use test equipment, and train facility staff. A valid driver’s license and an associate degree in electronics or networking are preferred.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience with Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, Networking, or related field.
Valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
Hands-on experience using test equipment such as Network Cable Testers, Digital Multi-Meters, Spectrum Analyzers, and RF Watt Meters.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and commission new systems by following company procedures.
Perform service work at customer sites including troubleshooting, repair, or replacement of equipment.
Complete facility site surveys and determine usability for products.
Provide training to facility personnel on operation and maintenance of installed equipment.
Attend construction meetings to ensure installations align with projects.
