Job summary

Securitas Healthcare is seeking a Field Service Representative to support the Western region from remote locations, primarily Des Moines, IA or Omaha, NE, with travel to customer sites for on-site installations and support of low voltage systems.

The role requires strong customer service, PC troubleshooting, and the ability to work independently. Travel up to 100% and occasional training responsibilities are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Foundational low-voltage knowledge from a related field or certs.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 100%).
• Experience with PC systems configuration/troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Represent and support the Company in field installations, repairs, and training according to procedures.
• Install, configure and commission new systems following company processes.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance and site surveys.
• Provide end-user training on installed equipment.
• Complete administrative duties and inventory management for company vehicles.
• Attend construction meetings for new or renovated projects.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency repairs.
