Job summary

Logisnext Americas Inc. is seeking a capable service support professional to lead dealer and field service activities in the forklift sector. The role involves extensive collaboration with dealers and customers, analysis of quality issues, and coordinating with engineering to resolve field problems.

The position requires up to 15% travel, training responsibilities for analysts, and active participation in reducing warranty costs while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School / GED required.
• 2-7 years job related experience.
• 3+ years lift truck industry experience.
• Ability to travel to customer sites.
• Dealer contact experience.
• Interpretation of Engineering drawings / drafting.
• Failure analysis experience.
• Statistical analysis skills.
• Education may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to dealer parts and service personnel and other Logisnext teams.
• Conduct detailed problem analysis to resolve product problems.
• Provide information and training to service analysts and parts analysts.
• Monitor product health to control warranty expense.
• Maintain problem log to recognize and quantify issues.
• Communicate problems to MHI Service/Design Engineering and Logisnext Engineering.
• Initiate requests for product improvement to Engineering.
• Travel to dealer/customer sites to assist with problem resolution.
• Assist dealers with customer acceptance/satisfaction issues.
