Job summary

ProLift is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to maintain and repair forklifts and material handling equipment at customer sites. You will work independently, diagnose issues, and deliver world-class service while upholding ProLift standards.

This role emphasizes problem solving, safety, and reliable communication, with opportunities to advance through paid training and certifications. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability.
• Able to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, engine, and electronic systems.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Document service work accurately.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory.
• Provide exceptional customer service on-site.
