Job summary

Hangcha Forklift America is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide on-site technical support across an assigned territory, traveling within a 3–4 hour radius of Chino, CA. You will diagnose and repair Hangcha forklifts, train dealer technicians, support warranty investigations, and collaborate with Parts, Sales, and Customer Care to maximize uptime.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in diesel technology or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience servicing forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Experience supporting a dealer network or distributor is required.

Responsibilities

• Travel within an assigned territory to support Hangcha dealers.
• Provide advanced diagnostics and hands-on support for Hangcha equipment.
• Assist dealer technicians with repairs and troubleshooting both onsite and via phone.
• Serve as primary liaison between dealers and Hangcha's internal teams.
• Maintain dealer visit documentation and technical records.
