The program provides structured training, a guaranteed 40-hour base pay with overtime and travel premiums, tuition assistance, a company vehicle, and opportunities across 32 service branches nationwide.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering from an accredited institution, with graduation date before August 2027.
• Minimum overall GPA of 2.8.
• Minimum of one internship/co‑op or 3 months in a technician or maintenance role working on machines or equipment.
• Must relocate within the United States and have a valid driver’s license.
• Eaton will not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or other immigration programs.

• Work on assigned projects for electrical power distribution equipment.
• Deliver technical solutions to customers.
• Perform complex engineering assignments including design, testing, or process studies.
• Display proficiency in Test Equipment Operation, Troubleshooting Techniques, Protective Relays, Power Quality Measurements.
• Generate timely service reports on work, product performance, and warranties.
