Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services and Systems team seeks a Field Service Engineer through its Early Career Program in the United States. You will work on electrical power distribution equipment, deliver technical solutions, and gain hands-on experience across diverse customer sites.

The program provides structured training with mentors and a path to leadership, plus a guaranteed 40-hour base pay, overtime eligibility, and travel premiums. A signing bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering with graduation before Aug 2027.
• Overall GPA 2.8 or higher.
• Internship/Co-op or 3 months technician experience on machines or equipment.
• Must relocate within the United States and have a valid driver's license.
• Eaton does not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT visas.

Responsabilités

• Work on projects for electrical power distribution equipment.
• Deliver technical solutions to customers.
• Perform complex engineering tasks including design, testing, or research.
• Utilize test equipment, troubleshoot, and analyze power quality.
• Generate service reports on work, performance, and warranties.
