Job summary

Roche Support Network is seeking a maintenance technician to install and service Roche products on-site, focusing on preventative maintenance and updates. You will diagnose mechanical, hardware, software issues and document activity per quality procedures.

The role includes up to 90% travel; relocation benefits are not available. Ideal candidate would reside in Maryland or Virginia, within 50 miles of an airport, and will participate in discretionary bonus opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical training or equivalent
• 2 years experience repairing or servicing mechanical/system hardware and software, or networking, or a related field, or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field is acceptable

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventative maintenance, installation, and technical updates on Roche products
• Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures using established procedures
• Document all activity in compliance with quality procedures
• Maintain and continuously improve the quality system and meet objectives
