Job summary

Roche Support Network is seeking a field-based technician to maintain and install Roche products across assigned lines. You will perform on-site preventative maintenance, installations, and technical updates, documenting all activity in line with our quality procedures.

The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving abilities, solid electronics knowledge, and the flexibility to travel about 90% from Maryland or Virginia within 50 miles of an airport. Relocation benefits are not available.

Qualifications

• This role requires either a high school diploma with technical training or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience repairing or servicing mechanical/system hardware and software, or networking, or a related field.
• A related bachelor’s degree can substitute with equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• On-site preventative maintenance, installation, and technical updates (TSB’s).
• Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and system failures using established procedures.
• Documents all activity in compliance with quality procedures and maintains records.
