Job summary

Roche Support Network is seeking a Field Engineering Specialist to travel to customer sites for repair, installation, and preventative maintenance of Roche products. The role requires diagnosing complex hardware/software issues, documenting all actions, and delivering excellent customer service.

Travel up to 55% overnight is required, and relocation benefits are not offered. Ideal candidates have a technical background with 5 years of related experience (or a Bachelor's with 1–2 years), and must

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive experience in repairing or servicing mechanical/system hardware and software, or networking/wireless networking is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Travel and perform on-site repair and installation for Roche products.
• Provide service to laboratory customers in assigned territory.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures; document activities.
• Contribute to quality improvement and maximize customer satisfaction.
