Roche Support Network is seeking a Field Engineering Specialist to travel to customers, perform on-site service, repair and installation of Roche products, and serve as the technical contact for service-related issues. Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in repairing or servicing mechanical hardware and software.
• Ability to travel including overnight travel is required.
• Training or certification as defined by RD Services Leadership and policy is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service, repair and installation of Roche products.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across mechanical, hardware and software.
• Document activities and contribute to quality improvements to maximize customer satisfaction.
