Job summary

Roche is seeking a Field Engineering Specialist to travel to customer sites, install and repair Roche products, and provide technical support in the assigned territory. You will diagnose failures, document actions, and ensure top quality service while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires daily travel with up to 55% overnight travel and residency within 50 miles of Tampa, FL. A high school diploma plus technical training or equivalent is required, with extensive field

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma with technical training or equivalent military experience.
5+ years repairing or servicing mechanical/hardware and software systems, or networking knowledge.
Overnight travel and field service experience are required.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer sites for installation, repair and ongoing Roche product service.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hardware, software and system failures.
Document activities and contribute to quality improvements.
Provide after-hours support and maintain strong customer relationships.
Act as customer contact for technical and service issues.
