Job summary
Roche is seeking a Field Engineering Specialist to travel within the assigned territory and provide on-site service, repair and installation of Roche products. You will diagnose mechanical, hardware and software failures, document activities, and contribute to quality improvements while maximizing customer satisfaction.
The role requires daily travel with up to 10% overnight stays. A high school diploma with technical training or a relevant degree and experience, plus mandatory RD Services
Qualifications
- 5 years of progressive experience in repairing or servicing mechanical/system hardware and software, or networking/wireless networking.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 1-2 years of progressive experience.
- Successful completion of training or certification as defined by RD Services Leadership and policy is mandatory.
- The ability to travel, including overnight travel, is a requirement for this role.
