Roche is seeking a Field Engineering Specialist to cover Houston, TX, with up to 70% travel. Install, maintain, and repair Roche Diagnostics equipment, monitor performance, and provide second-level regional support.

Ideal candidates have 5 years of field service experience in mechanical/software systems or a related engineering degree plus 1–2 years; strong communication skills; willingness to travel; relocation not provided.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma with technical training or equivalent military training or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of progressive field service experience repairing or servicing mechanical/system hardware and software.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and reside in the Houston area.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry or related field plus 1–2 years of progressive experience also acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain, and repair Roche Diagnostics equipment.
• Monitor customer equipment performance and provide second-level regional support.
• Train and mentor on-site customers and provide on-site skill assessment.
• Travel with other Field Service Support Specialists to deliver on-site training and drive customer satisfaction.
