Job summary

Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer in the United States to supervise installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance and repair of low voltage distribution gear, transformers, and related power equipment. This role demands hands-on technical oversight and strong adherence to safety and quality standards.

Reporting to the Field Service Manager, you will travel to customer sites, ensure compliance with safety regulations, prepare technical reports, and coordinate

Qualifications

• Associates level education in electrical power distribution or 3+ years related experience.
• Experience with electrical power distribution, power monitoring, AC/DC power, and communication protocols.
• Three to five years experience in the design of low voltage switchgear/ power distribution equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of UL Standards (e.g., UL67, UL1008, UL60950, UL891) and related equipment.
• Ability to travel 50%+ and respond to emergency calls within 2 hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical reports/test sheets and monitor spare parts, tools, and consumables.
• Maintain and follow safety regulations on sites.
• Attend all appropriate site meetings.
• Interface with Project Management and Site personnel.
• Provide excellent customer service and escalate needs as required.
• Communicate regularly with Project Managers.
