Job summary

Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is a global leader in critical power solutions and is seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead field service technicians within the defined region. Reporting to the Field Service Manager, you will plan, schedule, and coordinate field service activities for power distribution equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate field service activities to optimize cost, quality, safety, and delivery.
• Review field service schedules and staffing to meet project goals and budgets.
• Develop and lead field service teams, provide ongoing training and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company standards in field operations.
• Manage technician time and expenses using Kronos and related systems.
• Collaborate with Engineering/PMs to develop site MOPs as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement by eliminating waste and enhancing processes.
• Advise on discipline when necessary and support HR in escalation processes.
