Formación

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3+ years of field service or maintenance in industrial machinery, CNC preferred.
• Proven PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer service requests with on-site timely support to minimize downtime.
• Install, configure, and commission CNC machines and automated systems (Fanuc controllers, PLCs).
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control faults using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibrations for peak performance.
• Train customers on safe operation and routine maintenance.
