Pronto AI seeks a Field Engineer to install, calibrate, and maintain Pronto's autonomous vehicle solutions at customer sites across the US. This hands-on role requires electrical and mechanical skills, sensor integration, and strong field service experience.

Expect regular travel to field sites and collaboration with engineering teams. You will be responsible for on-site installation, preventive maintenance, and basic customer training, ensuring deployments meet specifications and performance

Formación

• Advanced degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years in field service, automotive electronics, mechatronics, or technical support.
• Proficiency with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and electrical testing tools.
• Solid understanding of vehicle systems (power, CAN bus, sensors, ECUs).
• Willingness to travel up to 75% to customer sites.
• Experience with autonomous vehicle systems, heavy equipment, machine control, robotics, or sensor integrations.
• Familiarity with Linux-based systems and remote diagnostics.

Responsabilidades

• Install, deploy, and calibrate Pronto hardware and software at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose hardware, software, and connectivity issues in the field.
• Provide on-site customer training and document all service activities in CRM/ticketing.
• Collaborate with engineering and customer teams to align deployments with specs.
• Support R&D projects and contribute to field-based improvements.
