Job summary

Pronto is seeking a Field Engineer to install, calibrate, and maintain its autonomous vehicle solutions at diverse customer sites across the United States. You will be hands-on with hardware and software, ensuring deployments meet performance standards.

Travel up to 75% is required. You will provide basic training to customer staff and document service activities in the company CRM system. This remote role supports field operations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
• 5+ years of field service or similar technical support experience.
• Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Experience with autonomous vehicle systems or robotics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install Pronto hardware and software on site, perform sensor calibrations and validations.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure system health and performance.
• Diagnose and repair field hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Provide on-site customer training and document all service activities in CRM systems.
