Job summary

Pronto is seeking a Field Engineer to install, service, and optimize our autonomous technology across customer sites in the United States. This role combines hands-on electrical/mechanical work with on-site training and collaboration with engineering and customer teams to deliver reliable field deployments.

Travel up to 75% is required; you will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and document activity in CRM, while upholding safety standards and quality.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
• 5+ years in field service, automotive electronics, or mechatronics.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% across the US.
• Based in AZ, FL, TX or WY.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and commission Pronto hardware and software on site.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in the field.
• Provide on-site customer support and training.
