Pronto AI is seeking a Field Engineer to install, maintain, and repair autonomous vehicle solutions at customer sites. You will calibrate systems, perform diagnostics, and ensure deployments meet specifications while collaborating with engineering and customer teams.

The role requires hands-on hardware/software expertise, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 75% to customer locations. Based in the western/midwestern states with flexibility for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in field service, automotive electronics, mechatronics, or similar technical role.
• Must be able to read wiring diagrams and schematics and follow technical documentation.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% to customer sites.
• Based in AZ, FL, TX or WY; relocation not specified.

Responsibilities

• Install and deploy Pronto hardware and software at customer sites, including sensor systems and vehicle interfaces.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibrations to ensure system health and performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware, software, and connectivity issues in the field; document issues in CRM.
• Provide on-site customer training and professional communication; collaborate with engineering and customer teams.
