Job summary

Pronto AI is seeking a Field Engineer to install, calibrate, and maintain our autonomous vehicle hardware and software in client sites. You will perform on-site deployments, system checks, and participate in R&D collaborations to ensure deployments meet specifications.

This role requires travel up to 75%, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and the ability to read wiring diagrams. Based in Florida (Tallahassee area) or nearby, you will join a fast-moving team delivering production-ready

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field service or technical support experience in automotive/electronics.
• Strong ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical docs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Install Pronto hardware and software at customer sites and perform on-site deployments.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and system health checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware, software, and connectivity issues in the field; document findings.
• Provide on-site customer training and maintain clear service records using CRM tools.
