Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2-year degree or diploma in electronics/advanced mechanics/software training; 1+ years related industry experience.
• Strong electronics and mechanical background and software troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and repair industrial products including printing and packaging equipment, cash recycling and robotics.
• Schedule and perform regular maintenance inspections on equipment.
• Manage parts inventory and customer service calls.
• Maintain positive customer relations and effective communication.
• Act as liaison between customer and other departments.
• Provide on-call support up to 24/7 for emergencies as needed.
