Intuitive Surgical in the United States is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive products in assigned territory. The role requires traveling to sites and delivering system upgrades while complying with OR protocols and HIPAA standards.

You will perform scheduled maintenance, complete administrative tasks, and support sales and training teams, with an expectation of 1–3 years field service experience and a valid driver's license.

Formación

• Strong communication, computer, and administrative skills with a clean driving record.
• Associate's degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred; 1-3 years field service ideal.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to lift 75 lbs. and move wheeled objects up to 1,200 lbs.
• Willing to work flex or second shift, travel ~60%, and follow O.R. protocol and HIPAA standards.
