Job summary

Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive products across assigned territory. You will perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, software updates, and upgrades, and provide hands-on training to customers and colleagues.

Travel up to 75% is required; you will manage spare parts and complete administrative tasks, ensuring service agreements and warranties are fulfilled with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems.
• Proven time management and effective communication.
• Willingness to travel within territory and serve customers.
• Residence within 30 miles of territory and Vendor Credentialing.
