Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead regional service activities and coordinate field operations. You will manage field-based direct reports, coach team members, and strengthen customer relationships to ensure timely, high-quality service.

You will attract and develop talent, use data and metrics to monitor health, and ensure service contracts are fulfilled while collaborating with cross-functional partners to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on field service experience and 3+ years in management.
• Strong communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel 50%–75% and collaborate in cross-functional projects.
