Eaton, within the Critical Power Solutions division, is hiring for a field-based electrical power role in the Dallas area. The position requires extensive travel to customer sites with a company vehicle provided.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years installing and maintaining UPS systems and 480V three-phase power, and is able to lead projects and mentor technicians while meeting customer needs. The role includes comprehensive benefits and ongoing safety training.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in an electrical or engineering discipline or equivalent military experience.
• Five or more years installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining UPS systems or power equipment.
• Five or more years working with 480V three-phase electrical systems.
• Experience interacting with customers; strong communication skills.
• Experience leading projects or mentoring technicians on customer engagements.
