Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a full-time HVAC Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative in Georgia. The role requires multitasking, accurate data input, and strong phone interaction skills to support technicians and customers.

Responsibilities include routing calls, entering service calls, and maintaining customer records. Experience with Service Titan and Microsoft Office is preferred. Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00 am–4:00 pm, some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is required.
• HVAC terminology knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Route calls and schedule service appointments.
• Support technicians and coordinate with customers.
• Enter service calls for new and existing customers.
• Resolve customer questions and forward complex issues.
• Maintain customer accounts and records of inquiries/requests/comments.
• Communicate via telephone, email, chat, or in person to provide support.
