Job summary

Paycom in Selma, TX is seeking a Field Support Supervisor to oversee daily support operations for field service teams. You will supervise technicians, manage scheduling and dispatch, and ensure safety and compliance across all sites.

You will also train and mentor staff, handle escalated issues, and participate in performance reviews. Strong communication and multi-site coordination are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in field service, operations support, or dispatch coordination.
• 1+ year in supervisory or team lead role strongly preferred.
• Experience in multi-site or regional field operations is a strong plus.
• Ability to organize and plan work effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Solid PC skills including MS Office and Foxit PDF.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field technicians by assigning tasks, monitoring performance and offering support.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on service needs, efficiency, and availability.
• Enforce safety standards, company policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Address escalated customer issues and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Provide training, mentorship, and development opportunities for technicians.
• Hires, trains, leads, supports, and completes annual performance reviews of field service technicians.
• Communicates changes in service/warranty policies and procedures to ensure all employees have the appropriate information.
• Represents the company at factory, industry, and company events, including meetings and training.
• Follows safety rules and regulations and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
